| Reservations: We normally accept only weekly reservations from the second week in June until the third week in August. We accept only three-night reservations for holiday weekends and a two-night minimum applies to all other reservations. However, we are flexible so please call and check on cabin availability. | ||||||
| Deposits: All deposits should be equal to thirty percent (30%) of the total charge. The balance is due upon check-in. Phone reservations will be held 7 days without a deposit. | ||||||
| Cancellations: Given a notice in advance deposits/prepayments will be refunded less a $35.00 administration fee if the cabin is re-rented. We will do everything possible to assure the return of your deposit. | ||||||
| Visitors: We reserve the right to limit visitors to prevent over crowding our facilities. Upon arrival, all visitors are required to register at the office, pay a visitor's fee and receive a day pass. We request all visitors leave the resort prior to our quiet time at 10:00 pm. | ||||||
| Summer rates run from June 1 to August 25. Off season rates run from August 26 to May 31. | ||||||
